【摘要】 我院对80例痔、瘘肛门手术病人，按对照、均衡、随机等原则，分成实验组、对照组各40例。两组病人术后创口用不同方法换药。即实验组用北京光明中医烧伤创疡研究所徐荣祥教授发明的MEBO换药，对照组则用传统方法换药。疗效分：创口止痛效果、创口愈合后瘢痕程度及创口愈合所需时间等三个项目进行观察。结果经统计学处理，用MEBO换药的实验组，三项疗效均显示出优于对照组，且无任何毒副反应。值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 80 patients after operated on anus for fistula and hemorrhoid were divided randomly into two groups.20 in experiment group and 20 in controI group. Pa-tients in experiment grOup were treated with MEBO,while those in control group treated with traditional method. A comparison between the pain relieving ef-fect,scar formation after healing and wound healing time of the two groups was made. The results re-vealed that MEBO treatment was notably better than the traditional method. MEBO has no side effect and is worthy to widely spread in clinical practice更多还原
