MEBO抗感染机理的实验研究
Experimental Research on the Anti-infective Mechanism of MEBO
【摘要】 本文研究了变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等在含有一定浓度的湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)培养基上经连续传代后生物学特性的变异现象;MEBO与抗生素的协同抑菌作用;MEBO可提高小鼠外周血WBC总数、PMN百分数和小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。实验结果说明MEBO可引起烧伤感染常见细菌的变异和提高机体的非特异性免疫功能。它对研究MEBO的抗感染机理有重要意义。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the variation of Protrus,P.aeruginosa,E. coli and Staph. aureus when they prolif-erate continuously in cultures with different concentra-tions of MEBO. The results indicate that MEBO can in-hibit the bacteria synergically with antibiotics. MEBO can increase the number of WBC in mouse peripheral blood. it can also enhance the phagocytic function of phagocytes in mouse peritoneal cavity. in short,MEBO can induce variation of bacteria and improve nonspe-cif ic immunity. The research laid a foundation for fur-ther study on anti-infective mechanism of MEBO
