【Abstract】 It is studied that effect of acidity on the catalytil activity of Rhus vernicifera laccase (RVL). The activity recovery of the RVL were measured in various pH conditions.It show that effeit is complicated. Catalytil activity of the RVL is zero on pH≤4. 0 or pH≥9. 5, but a part of catalytil activity of the RVL can recover when the pII is adgusted to 7. 5.
