【Abstract】 Quantitative reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the separation and determination of rutin and quercetin from mulberry leave extract. The instruments used were P100 HPLC system and DL 80 chromatographic work station. The column used was YWG C 18 ,10μm,250mm×4.6mm i.d. and eluent was MeOH H 2O H 3PO 4 solution (60∶40∶0.4). A good linear relationship of calibration curves(for rutin and quercetin) was found. The coefficients of variation for rutin and quercetin were 1.98% and 9.8%,respectively. The recoveries of the two components were 104.0% and 103.2%, respectively.更多还原
