【Abstract】 This paper reports a simple, rapid and accurate method for examination of the content of elemene and its preparations by gas chromatography with the internal standard of hexanol-1. A column used was 5% Carbowax-20M on Shimalit W AW-DA4CS (60-80 mesh ). 2.0m×3.0mm,at 135℃ and the detector was FID. It can be used as a method of controlling quality of elemene.更多还原
