GDX树脂富集-反相高效液相色谱法分离测定酚类化合物

【摘要】 用GDX-502树脂富集的酚类化合物,经反相高效液相色谱法分离和检测,具有较好的准确度和精密度。

【Abstract】 Phenol compounds as a main kind of organic pollutants occur in many industrial waste water sources.So it is very important to develop a simple, accurate and sensitive analytical method. This paper presents a new method for their enrichment and determination. At first, the sample was adsorbed on GDX-502 resin and eluted with methanol, with an average recovery of 73. 06%. Later, the eluate was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with the conditions of column 150mm ×4. 6mm i. d. with 5μm Shim-pack CLC-ODS, mobile phase 40 : 60 (V/V ) CH3OH-H2O(pH 4,adjusted with HAc) and detection at UV-278nm.The ten phenol compounds were separated in 15min. The linear range was 0. 05-0. 4mg/L. Relative standard deviation of the ten phenols were all less then 6%. The detection limits could reach 10-30μg/L level.
