硬质聚氯乙烯管专用树脂

【摘要】 采用电镜分析、反相色谱、毛细管流变仪和布拉本达塑性仪研究了由锦西化工研究院生产的PVC管用树脂的颗粒形貌、比表面积、流变性能和加工速率。结果表明,该树脂和疏松型树脂的形貌呈棉桃状不同,外形为球状,比表面积较大,约比普通SG-5型树脂增加1倍,最高可达1.007m2/g;在从低剪切到高剪切速率范围内,该树脂的表观粘度均比SG-5型树脂低,不论是采用粒料还是粉料挤出,在聚合度相同时,该树脂的挤出速率均比疏松型树脂高,粉料约高20%;该树脂的动态热稳定性也较好,由SG-5型树脂的222s最高提高到310s。该树脂用于异型材和硬管挤出,可提高挤出速率和机械性能,产品表面光滑。

【Abstract】 The particle shape,specific surface area,rheological properties and processing rate of the special PVC resin for pipe use,produced by Jinxi Research Institute of Chemical Industry,were studied by means of EMMA,RPC,capillary rheometer and Brabender Plastometer.The results showed being different from porous cotton boll shaped resin,the special PVC resin was shaped liked ball,having a greater specific surface area,twice as much as that of common SG 5 PVC resin,coming up to 1.007m 2/g;when in the range of low shearing rate to high shearing rate,the apparent viscosity of the special PVC resin was smaller than that of SG 5 resin.When the polymerization degree was the same and the resin was procesed by means of extrusion,no matter particle or powdered compound was used,the extrusion rate of the special resin was higher than that of porous resin,the rate of powdered compound was 20% higher than that of porous compound.The special resin had better dynamic thermal stability,increased from 222 S (SG 5) to 310 S. When the special resin was used for the extrusion of special shaped section and rigid pipe,the extrusion rate and mechanical properties of the products could be increased,and the surface of the product was bright and smooth.
