【摘要】 本文介绍PVC低发泡调节剂ZB—530的生产方法、性能和应用.该调节剂是以丙烯酸酯类为单体,采用多段乳液聚合法制得.其乌氏粘度为4.65mL/g(25℃),Tg89℃,塑化性能与进口调节剂PA—30相当.该产品主要用于PVC低发泡材料中,起到促进塑化,改善表面质量,提高熔体强度及延伸性,降低密度等作用,用它替代进口PA—30生产(?)75PVC低发泡管材及替代进口K—400生产PVC低发泡板材都取得了良好效果.所制产品泡孔致密,外观良好,密度较低,基本达到或接近国外同类产品水平.更多还原

【Abstract】 The production,property and application of the low-foaming control agent ZB-530 for PVC are introduced in this paper. ZB-530 was prepared by multi-stage emulsion polymerization from acrylics monomer. The Ubbe-lodhe viscosity of ZB-530 was 4. 65ml/g(25℃).Tg was 89℃ ,and the plasticizing property was well-matched to that of import control agent PA-30. ZB-530 was mainly used to the production of low-foaming PVC products to promote the plasticizing,improve the surface quality increase the melt strength and extensibility,and lower the density of the product. In the production of low-foaming PVC 75 pipes and plates,ZB-530 was substituted for PA-30 and K-400 respectively,and good results were achieved. The cells of the product were dense,the outward appearance of the product was fine,and the density was low,coming up or approaching to those of import product of the same grade.更多还原
