【摘要】 南方电网是在广东、广西、贵州、云南４省区资源、经济优势互补，中央与地方联合办电的基础上形成的目前我国最大的电网之一。龙滩水电站是系统中调峰、调频的重要电源，电站建成后，可提高下游６个梯级电站的保证出力近百万ｋＷ，届时如与三峡水电站补偿调节，南方电网与华中电网交换电力，还可提高水电站保证出力（１５０～２５０）万ｋＷ；而且两电网可以获得锗峰、减少备用容量等效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Southern Power Grid is one of the large power grids in china at present,which is formed by making the best use of the resources and economic advantages and by jointly developing the power generation between centraland local governments. After the completion of Longtan Hydropower Station,it not only could increase the guaranteed output of about one million kW in 6 downstream cascade hydropower stations,but also,if conducting the compensation regulation with the Three Gorges Project on the occasion and exchanging the power between Southern Power Grid and Huazhong Power Grid,could enhance the guaranteed output of 1. 5-2. 5 million kW. Meanwhile,the two power grids also could obtain the benefits of staggering the peak and reducing the reserve capacity.更多还原
