【Abstract】 A new model describing the confining load of casing under creep of multiple surrounding rock layers was built up in this paper. Based on the viscoelastic correspondence principle,confining load of casing, caused by creep of surrounding rock under equal in situ stress field and unequal in situ stress field, was analysed in detail.
