低品位难选铁矿在直接还原过程中渣铁分离的研究
INVESTIGATION ON THE SLAG-IRON SEPERATION OF LOWGRADE REFRACTORY IRON ORE IN DIRECT REDUCTION PROCESS
【摘要】 本文在分析了低品位难选铁矿在还原过程中的结晶化学反应的基础上,研究了还原温度对铁晶粒的兼并长大和渣铁分离的影响。同时也研究了还原铁粉对还原过程的催化作用和渣铁分离的影响。
【Abstract】 On the bases of analysis of crystal chemistry reaction of low-grade refractory iron ore in reduction process,the effect of reduction temperature on coalescence growth of iron crystalline grain and separation of slag and iron was investigated.In addition,the catalytic effect of reduced iron powder on reduction process,and its effect on seperation of slag-iron were also studied.
