林木复壮研究概述

A Brief Account of the Research onForest Tree Rejuvenation

【摘要】 本文介绍了复壮的定义、目的和意义,利用园艺手段和组织培养手段复壮的具体方法,如微嫁接和重复继代培养法,以及利用这些方法获得复壮成功的例子。还介绍了利用组织培养手段复壮的注意事项及目前研究进展。

【Abstract】 Abstract The definition, aims and significance of rejuvenation is introduced in the paper. The forms used for rejuvenation in production is often combined with the means ofhorticulture, i. e. the method of tree repruning, repeated pruning or cutting down thetree. in order to force the tree to grow new tips at the very bottom and most internalpart of the trunk. For those coniferous tree species which can not form shoots, graftingmethod is usually adopted to renew their characteristics of the young stage. Throughthe above means, to a certain degree. the physiological state of old trees can beimproved in order to let them adopt the large-scale vegetative propagation, however,the newly formed propagule is unable to show the charateristics similar to that ofseedlings. Thus, the rejuvenation research is mostly conducted presently by means oftissue cuiture, with which two ways are to be used normally. Firstly,micrograftingmethod is used, which has the advantages of using smaller rootstock, possessinghigher degree of juvenate stage, shortening regrafting period and getting quick result ofrejuvenation in comparison with the routine method. Secondly, the method of duplicationof succeeding generation ofculture medium is mostly used at present. When juvenationis done by means of tissue culture , attention should be paid to the following points : Tryto select the most Juvenate state tissues from internal part of the plant as the explant,`Try to reduce the size of the explant in order to break the interrelated control betweenthe cells; Do not use the "deterministic" tissue as the explant ; Culture conditions shouldbe improved.
