复合孕育对金属型可锻铸铁退火工艺的影响
The Effect of Multiple Inoculations on the Process of Annealing of Metal-Mould Malleable Cast Iron
【摘要】 复合孕育金属型可锻铸铁的退火工艺与普通孕育金属型可锻铸铁的相比,第一阶段石墨化退火时间由45min减少至25min;第二阶段石墨化退火时间由5h50min缩短至1h20min.
【Abstract】 The annealing process of multiple inoculations metal-mould malleable cast iron is compared with common inoculation one,the first stage graphitization annealing time is decreased from 45 minutes to 25 minutes,and the second stage graphitization annealing time is shortened from 350 minutes to 80 minutes.
