Fe3Al基合金几种不同的热加工工艺路线对比研究
Study on Different Hot─working Processes of Fe3,Al─based Alloy
【摘要】 研究了几种不同热加工工艺路线对Fe3Al基合金组织和性能的影响,发现热压后再热锻对铸态Fe3Al进行开坯的方法,不仅加工工艺易于控制,且获得的坯料轧制成的板材性能优异,是Fe3Al基合金一条合理可行的热加工工艺路线。
【Abstract】 The effect of different hot--working processes on the microstructure and tensile properties is studied. The results indicated that it is a rational hot--working program for Fe3Al -- based alloy that the Fe3Al ingot is cogged by hot--pressing then forged,which the processing engineering is ease to control and the tensile properties of sheet rolled is excellent.
