时效型合金铸件开箱温度及冷却速度的试验研究
Research on Opening Flask Temperature and Cooling Rate of Age-hardening Alloy Cast
【摘要】 试验研究了开箱温度和冷却速度对低、高温时效型合金时效硬化效果的影响。提出了时效型合金铸件开箱温度及冷却速度的确定方法。为合理制定铸件生产工艺提供了试验依据。
【Abstract】 The effects of opening flask temperature and cooling rate on low and high temperature age-hardening alloy casting are tested and studied. Then the methods of opening flask temperature and cooling rate are suggested to guide cast production.
