【摘要】 采用多价ＭｃＡｂ－ＲＩＨＡ检测５０６例不同疫区粪检阳性的血吸虫病人血清ＣＡｇ，累计阳性率为９０．３％，比用单价ＭＣＡｂ－ＲＩＨＡ提高了敏感性。３７５例正常人的假阳性率为２．１３％，与２２例肺吸虫病人和６６例肝吸虫病人的交叉反应率分别为４．５％和０％。血吸虫病人经吡喹治疗后半年和１年，ＣＡｇ转阴率分别为７９．０％和９２．３％。结果表明该方法有较高的敏感性和特异性，可用于确诊病人和１年内考核疗效，操作简便快速．经济，基层适用性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Polyvalent McAb-RIHA was applied for detecting schistosome circulating antigen of 506 cases with schistosomiasis proved by stool examination from different endemic areas. The results showed that the accumulating positive rate was 90. 3% which was more sensitive than that by monovalent McAb-RIHA while the false positive rate among 375 normal individualswas 2. 1%, and the cross positiye rate was 4. 5% in 22 cases with paragonimiasis and 0% in66 cases with liver fluke disease. The negative rate of CAg among schistosomiasis cases were 79. 0% and 92. 3% respectively in half and 1 year after praziquantel treatment. The results indicated that the polyvalent McAb-RIHA was sensitive and specific enough for diagnosing schistosomiasis and assessing therapeutic effect. Besides, it was practical in field appalcation because of its simple operation and economic.更多还原
