回春饮治疗老年期痴呆的临床观察和实验研究

【摘要】 本文以中药回春饮对老年期痴呆进行临床观察和实验研究。临床观察:共治疗老年期痴呆50例,治疗组(回春饮)30例,对照组(喜德镇)20例,通过应用长谷川等各种量表观察,以及脑电图、单光子发射计算机体层成像(SPECT)、局部脑血流图(RCBF)等先进客观检测方法,结果:治疗组有效率为70%,对照组有效率为45%。二组比较呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验研究:共观察老年大白鼠60只,结果说明回春饮能提高大鼠的迷宫学习成绩(P<0.05).并且对记忆再现具有明显的促进作用(P<0.01),用药组能使脑、肝、肾血流量得到明显改善或接近青年组,同时脑内多巴胺含量也有提高。提示回春饮为治疗老年期痴呆的有效中药制剂,其疗效优于现代治疗老年期痴呆常用药物喜德镇(Hydergine)

【Abstract】 In the paper,Hui Chun Yin(Youth-Regaining Liquid)was studied clinically and experimentally,50 cases of senile dementia were treated. with 30 cases in the treated group(Hui Chun Yin),30 cases in the control group(Hydergine).Such advanced tests as various charts,EEG,SPECT and RCBF were used.The result showed the total effective rate of the treated group was 70% and that of the control group was 45%.There were remarkable differences between the two groups(P<0.01).60 senile rats were observed in the experiment,which indicated the liquid could raise the scores for rats in learning puzzles(P<0.05) and markedly promote the memory(P<0.01).In addition,blood flows in the brain,liver and kidney of the rats in the treated group improved markedly or was similar to those of youth rats,and the content of dopamine in the brain increased.The experiment shows that Hui Chun Yin is an effective preparation of herbal medicine for senile dementia and better than common-used drug Hydergine.
