固定化犁头霉菌在含有丙二醇的体系中转化RSA为皮质醇

【Abstract】 In order to raise the yield of hydrocortisone from RSA, Absidia orchidis was immobilized with calcium alginate gel, and the conversion was conducted in a 1,2 propanediol containing system. Experimental results showed that the β/α ratio of the product was 2 3~2 5 and the yield of β isomer was reached to 60% in this paper comparing with β/α of 0 9~1 2 and β isomer yield of 45%~50% in the aqueous solution by free Absidia orchidis . When Tween80 was added to the reaction system, the β isomer yield was increased remarkably. The optimum pH value was 5 8 and the optimum conversion temperature was 28℃.
