【Abstract】 Studies on the peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acid from yolk lipoprotein induced by iron was curried out.A comparison of the experimental conditions for the model system of peroxidation was made.The system was successfully applied to determine the activity of the anti-oxidative activity of some effective ingredients of Chinese traditional medicine.更多还原
