计及残余应力时柱子的非弹性屈曲理论研究

【摘要】 阐述了焊接钢结构残余应力的起因,以及非弹性不计残余应力柱子的相当切线模量理论和计及残余应力柱子的相当切线模量理论,并以两端简支柱为例叙述了它们的处理方法和计算公式。该理论除解释焊接钢结构屈曲承载能力偏低的原因外,还可为大型焊接钢结构稳定性计算提供基础理论和方法。

【Abstract】 The origin of the residual stress inside welded steel structures,the theory of tangential modulus for nonelatieal column with caleulating and that of equivalent tangetial modulus with calculating residual stress are described.Forthermore,by analysing an example of column simply supported at both ends,the general solving method and formula for calculation are also presented,thus the lower bearing power of welded steel structures is explainable easily.Lastly,the prospect of the application of the above theories to calculation for welded steel structure stability is forecast briefly.
