【摘要】 对48例胎盘绒毛中细胞滋养层细胞合体滋养层细胞和中间滋养层细胞进行免疫组化研究。结果证实妊娠不同阶段各种滋养层细胞对角蛋白的敏感性最强,但特异性差;合体滋养层细胞的hCG和PLAP染色强于中间滋养层细胞,而中间滋养层细胞的HPL和EMA染色强于合体滋养层细胞。细胞滋养层细胞除角蛋白外余免疫组化染色均为阴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunocytochemical studies on cytotrophoblast (CT),syneytotrophoblast (ST) and intermediate trophoblast (IT) in 48 specimens of placental trophoblasts were presented. The results demonstrated that cytokeratin was sesitive for all types of trophoblasts though lacking specificity,unlike hCG and PLAP which stained ST more strorgly than IT,whereas HPL and EMA stained IT more strongly than ST. In contrast ,CT showed negative staining for all immunoeytoehemical makers used in this study but eytokeratin.更多还原
