【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,分析了Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、骨骼肌、红细胞和血清的LDH及SOD同工酶,对LDH同工酶谱作了光密度扫描,计算出各同工酶组分的相对活力及不同组织和血清LDH中A、B亚基的含量。Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠肝中缺乏DHP豚鼠和其他实验动物肝中普遍存在的LDH₅组分,多数组织中LDHB亚基含量呈不同程度提高。Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠各组织和血清的SOD同工酶呈多带分布。SOD₁和SOD₂为共有酶带。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lactate dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase isoenzymes in tissues of the heart, liver, spleen,lung,kidney,skeletal muscle, red blood cell and serum of Zmu - 1;DHP guinea pig were analysed with PAGE. The results revealed that LDH5 was absent in the liver and the contents of LDH B subunit in most tissues were increased in varying degrees, and the SOD from different tissues and serum were appeared in multiband distribution on the electrophoretic pattern. Both SOD1,and SOD2 were the common bands in the zymograms for all the sampled tissues.更多还原
