【Abstract】 The biological studies were carried out in pituitary transplanted rabbits. The results revealed that the hypophysoprivic rabbits were in the state of low body weight,anorexia and poor immune function,rabbits with transplanted grafts were significantly better than those of hypophysectomized animals. Compared with endocrinal hormone levels and light—micrographic changes,the results suggest that biological characteristies were very important and valuable indices for detecting transplantation curative efficacy.更多还原
