【Abstract】 TAME (Nα-P-tosyl-L-argininemethyl ester)is a specific substrate of trypsin.Nα-p-tosyl-L-arginine is released from TAMEafter tryptic hydrolysis;which reacts withNaOH in the assay mixture and causes thedecrease of pH.Using phenol red as theindicator; the PH change of the solution can bemonitored by the decrease of the absorbance at555 nm. The decrease of A555 is directlyproportional to the amount of trypsin with alinear range of 0. 001 ～ 0. 3 mg.The method isvery convenient to use;highly sensitive andspecific.更多还原
