【Abstract】 The oil-emulsion vaccine was developed by mixing the oil phase with the aqueous phase in a proper proportion, the oil phase was Span-80 and Alumium atearate and the aqueous phase was a mixure which contained the antigen inactivated by formalin and Tween-80. Keeps entirely oil-emulsified and effective for 6 months at 4℃, the vaccine was found no side-effects to layers inoculated by five doses. The immune responses of layers were determined by microagglutination test. The antibody titre against the vaccine was 1: 64 -1: 128 one month after inoculation. The protect rate challenged with virulent Haemophilus paragallinarum was 100% and the protection can last for 6 months.更多还原
