感染TMV诱导的番茄叶蛋白和部分酶活性的变化
PROTEINS AND SOME ENZYMES INDUCED IN TMV-INFECTED TOMATO LEAVES
【摘要】 番茄系统感染TMV诱导叶可溶性蛋白发生变化,SDS—PAGE分析表明,叶片因感染TMV而引起新蛋白的合成。分析番茄叶片的一些糖苷酶和氧化酶总活力和胞外酶活力表明,感病引起几丁酶等糖苷醇和多酚氧化酶等氧化酶活力上升,而且这些酶活性主要位于细胞外。
【Abstract】 Systematic infection of tomato by TMV induced changes in leaf soluble proteins.Analyzing by SDS--PAGE showed that new proteins were synthesized in the tomato leaves after systematically infected with TMV.Some of glycosidases and oxidased,such as chitinases and polyphenol oxidase activities in leaf homogenates and intercellular spaces,were raised and mainly located at the intercellular spaces.
