5—Br—PAN—S光度法测定锡基合金和铝合金中的微量铜
Measuring of Paucity Copper in Tin-Base Alloy And Aiuminium Alloy By 5-Br-PAN-S Photometric Method
【摘要】 本文研究了1-[(5-溴-2-吡啶)偶氮]-2-萘酚-6-磺酸(以下简称5-Br-PAN-S)与铜(Ⅰ)显色反应的最佳条件。在 pH 值为5.O时。铜(Ⅰ)与试剂形成1:1红色配合物,λmax=565nm,ε565=4.86×104L·mol-1·cm-1,0~60μg/25ml 符合比尔定律,不加掩蔽剂可直接用于锡基合金中微量铜的测定,加入掩蔽剂可测定铝合金中的微量铜,平均回收率在97.8%~101.4%之间。
【Abstract】 The paper is regarding the optimum conditions for colour reaction of 5-Br-PAN-S and copper (Ⅱ).When pH=5.0,copper(Ⅱ)and reagent form a red fitling ligand with 1:1,λmax=565nm、ε565= 4.86×104 L·mol-1Cm-1,0~60μg/25mL conform to the Bill Law.When the screening agent is not added, it can directly used to measure paucity copper in tin-base alloy.When the screening agent is added,the paucity copper in aluminium alloy can be measured by it.The average recovery rate is 97.8%~101.4%.
