【摘要】 运用合理的检控方法实行工序预防控制,能保证粗苯产品质量,降低生产消耗.对粗苯内在特性分析和180℃前镏出量与密度特性间变化规律的统计分析,揭示出两特性间存在显著相关关系,并用控制图做了验证。用测量方法简单的密度特性值代替180℃前镏出量特性值,结合《单值与移动极差区域控制图》,粗苯生产工序可得到有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 To perform preventive control of process used of reasonable examination and control method can ensure the product quality of raw benzene and can decrease producing consumpation.Through internal property analysis for raw benzene and statistical analysis for changing rule of between distilled out quantity of raw benzene before 180℃ and its density property,the obvious relationship of both properties is showed and the examination is done by use of control diagram.Substituting property value of denseness having simple determining method instend for property value of distilled out quantity before 180℃ and combining with single value and moving pole difference district control figure the process of raw benzene production can get effective control.更多还原
