【摘要】 山东泰山钢铁公司对环型烧结机进行了近30项技术改造,使其技术指标大有提高。烧结机作业率达90%,利用系数为1.97t/m~2h,烧结矿综合合格率大于70%,从而改善了高炉用料,高炉利用系数由1.5t/m~3·d 提高到2.3t/m~3·d,熔剂比由250kg/t 铁降至50kg/t 铁,焦比下降150kg/t 铁,综合年经济效益2352万元。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 5 years operation,the technical improvement about 30 items for eyefic sintering machine have been performed and its technical indexes have been increased largely in Taishan Iron and Steel Corporation. The productivity of sintering machine is up to 90%,the utilization factor of sintering machine is 1.97t/m~2h and the complex qualified rate of sintered ore is more than 70%.Through the use of this sintered ore,the utilization factor of blast furnace is increased from 1.5 to 2.3.The quantity of flux is decreased from 250 kg/t to 50kg/t,the coking ratio is decreased 150kg/t and complex economic result is 23.52 million yuan evrery year.更多还原
