【摘要】 诊治３例发生在结肠的巨大而孤立的良性溃疡，其病理特点是发生在乙状结肠以上的肠段，溃疡面积大于２ｃｍ、单发、肠壁呈慢性炎症、累及组织广，邻近器官及肠外膜均被侵及，使诊断处理甚为困难。作者认为，此病的临床表现与病理变化与其它结肠良性疾患不同，致病因素尚不清楚，很可能是一种单独的良性疾病，建议将该病命名为孤立性结肠巨大溃疡综合征更多还原

【Abstract】 Three cases of large isolated benign ulcer in colon were reported. Its pathological character is that the ulcer occurs only in large intestine proximal to the sigmoid colon, the area of the ulcer is large (diameter>2cm)and it occurs episodic. There is chronic inflammation in the tissue of the intestine wall. The adjacent organ and tissue are also affected. So it makes the diagnosis and treatment very difficult. The author thinks that this disease is completely different compared with the other colon benign diseases in clinical menifestation and pathological character. Its etiology is also unclear. It is most likely a kind of episodic benign disease. In order to pay attention to the research of this disease.the author suggests it could be named as solitary colonic large ulcer syndrome.更多还原
