【Abstract】 An efficient compression coding system for motion images is discussed. The system uses a macro-block matching technique based on the correlation between motion vectors. This technique effectively increases the accuracy and speed of motion estimation, hence the compression ratio. A compression ratio of 29 is obtained without causing visible image degradation.更多还原
