多温区电加热炉的智能控制
An Intelligent Control for Electrical Furnace with Multiple Temperature-zone
【摘要】 具有多个温区的电加热炉是一种典型的多输入多输出被控对象,同时它具有强耦合、非线性、变参数等不利于控制的特性.针对此类热工对象,本文提出一种不依赖电炉精确数学模型的智能控制方法这种方法将各温区间的耦合关系看作一种可测干拢,从而利用前馈补偿的原理来实现各温区的解耦控制;然后,对解耦后的各温区,分别设计一个独立的智能分段控制器该智能控制系统是以一台PC机为核心实现的,在一台三个温区的平卧管式电加热炉上进行实时运行,性能测试表明,该智能控制系统具有非常好的解耦特性,同时,具有很高的控制精度.
【Abstract】 Electical furnace with multiple temperature-zone is a typical MIMO object. There are some unhelpful factors to control such as strong Coupling, nonlinearity, time-variable parameter etc. An intelligent control strategy which will not depend upon the model of object is developed in this paper. The strategy consists of two steps. at first, it takes the coupling among the temperatuce-zone as a measureable disturbance and decouples using the principle of feedforward compensation, and then, designs an intelligent controller for each independant temperature-zone. The result of real-tine control to a three temperature-zone furnace shows that the intelligent control system has a high performance and precision.
