【摘要】 急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗过程中冠状动脉是否再通的判断比较困难。结扎家兔冠状动脉左室支３０分钟再灌注２１０分钟，用高频心电图三维谱分析法观察中高频成分、甚高频成分的变化。结果表明：心肌缺血时，中高频成分、甚高频成分减少，再灌注后逐渐恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reopened judgement of the occluded infarct artery after hownbolytictherapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction is often difficult.Reperfusion three andhalf an hour after the left ventricular branches of rabbits, coronary artery were ligated forthirty minutes,the changes of middle,high- frequency and very high frequency componentswere observed with the three dimensional spectrum of high frequency electrocardiogram. Theresult demonstrated:the middle-high frequency, very high frequency components decreasedwhen myocardium is ischemic,they gradually recovered when reperfusion.更多还原
