几种虫生真菌的铜耐受性及选择分离

【摘要】 在含铜PDA平板上初步测定了铜对3种虫生真菌和不同土壤微生物生长的影响。结果表明:球孢白僵菌(Beauveriabassiana)、细脚拟青霉(Paecilomyceslenuipes)和金龟子绿僵菌(Melarhiziumanisopliae)均有很高的铜耐受性,最高生长铜浓度大于800mg/L,一定浓度范围的铜(200~400mg/L)对球孢白僵菌的生长有促进作用;所有的土壤细菌和绝大多数土壤真菌对铜(200~400mg/L)敏感。据此,很容易利用含铜PDA培养基从接种球孢白僵菌和细脚拟青霉分生孢子的土壤中分离获得该菌。

【Abstract】 Effects of Cu on growth of several entomogenous fungi and different soil-microbes were tested on PDA agar containing different concentrations of Cu. The most tolerant species were Beauveria bassiana and Paecilomyces tenuipes, Metarhizium anisopliae were also tolerant to Cu, the highest growth Cu concentration of all species >800 mg/L. Moreover, copper at 200-400 mg/L could increase growth of B. bassiana All of soil bacteria and vast majority of soil-fungi were sensitive to Cu. Therefore B. bessiana and P. tenuipes could easily be reisolated from conidia-inoculated soil using PDA agar containing Cu.
