聚酰胺色谱在芸豆色素分析中的应用

【摘要】 以聚酰胺为材料,对芸豆天然食用色素的色谱性质进行分析。经聚酰胺柱色谱梯度洗脱,该色素分离出3个组分,收集其中的深红色部分,用聚酰胺-6薄膜进行薄层层析,分离出两个明显的斑点。经CS-930薄层扫描仪分析并应用Kubella-Munk理论计算,红色斑点的Rf值为0.818,约占37.6%;紫色斑点的Rf值为0.556,约占62.3%。

【Abstract】 The polyamide chromatography was used in analysis of Kidney Bean pigment. When running through the polyamide column the pigment could be resolved into three constituents. The red one was collected, and developed in polyamide thin layer plate, and then separated into two constituents. It could be calculated that the values of Rf were 0.818 and 0.556.
