【摘要】 双孢菇（Ａｇａｒｉｃｕｓｂｉｓｐｏｒｕｓｓｉｎｇ）栽培集中于长江以南地区，且以专用菇房为栽培场所．作者对北方地区，在小弓棚内栽培双孢菇技术进行了系统研究，本文讨论了适宜推广的优良菌种，培养料配方以及堆料技术，使双孢菇单产最高达到１３．３６５ｋｇ／ｍ２，首次证实了长江以北地区在简易小弓棚内栽培双孢菇是可行的，为秸杆利用开避了一条新途径更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation area of Agaricus bisporus Clang sing in China is mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze River. And the cultivation place is in the speeial mushroom house. We systematically studied the cultivation technique of t he mushroom in a smell bow-shaped plastic shack in the north In this article we present t he fine species which best suited the cultivation in this province. The cemposition of t he culture medium and the technique of compost are discussed. The yield reached 13.365Kg/m 2. For the first time, we confirmed that the culti-vation of Agarius bisporus in a halfunderground plastice shack is feasible. This had opened up a new way for straw utilization.更多还原
