【摘要】 本文通过对高校早期住宅和新建住宅方案的比较与分析，提出早期住宅存在的设施不配套、装饰标准低、平面布置不合理等问题；为了使教职工的居住条件有明显改善，在新的住宅设计中充分考虑了现代家庭生活的需要，合理处置各种居住空间，提高设备设施的配置水平．较好地体现居住环境质量的居住性、舒适性和安全性更多还原
