【Abstract】 A kind of ZnO varistor with low breakdown voltage is presented. Its microstructure and conductive machanism are studied. By the doping of just right amount of TiO 2 and processing of apprapriated technology, the low breakdown voltage varistor with fine performance has been obtained.更多还原
