不同稀释剂中二(2—乙基己基)磷酸萃取Ni(Ⅱ)动力学
EXTRACTION KINETICS OF Ni(Ⅱ) WITH HDEHP IN DIFFERENT DILUENTS
【摘要】 用恒界面池法研究了二(2—乙基己基)磷酸分别以苯、甲苯、环己烷、正己烷为稀释剂萃取Ni(I)的动力学,认为萃取反应的速率控制步骤位于界面区,在不同稀释剂中萃取反应机理是相同的,但萃取速率相差很大。考察了温度的影响,确定了萃取反应的活化能。讨论了稀释剂对萃取动力学的影响。
【Abstract】 The extraction kinetics of Ni( Ⅱ )with HDEHP in different diluents, such as benzene , toluene, cyclohexane, n-hexane, were studied with a constant interfacial stirred cell. A reaction scheme is proposed in which the rate-controlling step is an interfacial reaction. The observed rate expressions for both the extraction and the reverse extraction agree with predictions from the proposed reaction scheme. The effect of diluents on the kinetics is discussed and the difference of the forward extraction rate in different diluents is interpreted with the transition-state theory. The effect of temperature on the kinetics was also investigated. The activation energy is obtained which suggests that the extraction rate is controlled by chemical reaction but not diffusion.
