甲状腺机能亢进症的脑血流、脑功能观察
STUDY OF CEREBRAL BLOOD FLOW AND CEREBRAL FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTHYROIDISM
【摘要】 应用经颅多普勒和脑电图技术检测20例甲状腺机能亢进症病人,异常率分别为95%和70%,证实了本病在存在脑神经功能异常的同时,脑血流动力学亦发生明显异常。作者认为,虽然此两项技术对于临床诊断无特异性,但二者联合应用可为本病的诊断、治疗及预后提供客观指标。
【Abstract】 By transcranial Doppler (TCD) and electroencephalogram (EEG), twenty patients with hyperthyroidism were studied. The abnormal rate of TCD and EEG was 95% and 70% respectively. The result revealed that cerebral function abnormality and cerebrovascular hemodynamics abnormality may happen at the same time in the hyperthyroidism. The paper indicated that although TCD and EEG are no specificity for clinical diagnosis, both may provid objective index for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of this disease.
