鸭死胚细菌分离及消毒剂抑菌试验
ISOLATION OF BACTERIA FROM DEAD DUCK EMBRYOS AND DISINFECTANT INHIBITION TEST
【摘要】 从发病严重的三个孵房抽取死鸭胚120枚,进行细菌分离,96枚中分离到137株细菌,其中大肠杆菌64株占47%,克雷伯氏杆菌47株占34%,此外还有产气杆菌、沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌共计26株,占19%。用分离的大肠杆菌和克雷伯氏杆菌涂布10日龄鸭胚蛋壳接种,可分别引起30%(3/10)和40%(4/10)胚胎死亡。结果表明:荣昌县鸭胚大量死亡的原因主要是细菌感染。本文还报道了4种消毒药对分离菌株的抑制试验结果。
【Abstract】 137 strains bacteria were isolated from 96 of 120 dead duck embryos from three duck hatcheries in Rongchang, Chongqing. E. coli, 64 strains (47%), and Klebsiella, 47 strains (34%), were main bacteria- Another three kinds of bacteria, 26 strains (19%), including Gas bacillus, Salmonella and Staphylococcus were also isolated. The embryo death rate of E. coli and Klebsiella, which were inoculated by smearing egg-shell of 10 days duck embryoing, was 30% and 40% respectively. It showed that the causes of serious cluck death in Rongchang was bacterial infection. The results of four kinds of disinfection inhibiting test were also reported.
