【Abstract】 The studies analyzed Peroxidase activity and Peroxidase isoenzroe in healthy and SPV infected ZhaoShu pear seedlings. The results showed that the inoculated trees was higher significantly than non-inoculated ones in peroxidase activity. The peak of Peroxidase activity occured at about 7 days after inocula-tion. Peroxidase isoenzpoe in SPV infected pear trees apparently differed from the healthy ones. The differences showed that some weak bands happened earlier in SPV infected pear trees.更多还原
