大麦×纤毛鹅观草属间杂种回交后代的酯酶同功酶分析

【摘要】 本文通过对幼根、幼穗和幼嫩籽粒的同功酶分析,研究了栽培大麦Arupo/纤毛鹅观革(R.ciliaris)//栽培大麦Arupo属间杂种回突后代BC1F1各株和BC1F2各株系与其亲本之间的酯酶同功酶的异同。结果表明,BC1F1各株、BC1F2各株系的酯酶同功酶谱与栽培大麦亲本Arupo相似,但具有一些纤毛鹅现草所特有的酶带,并出现了双亲所没有的杂交酶带。说明在回交后代中,纤毛鹅现草的遗传物质得到稳定的遗传,为进一步转移外源基因,分离具有不同的纤毛鹅观革有益性状的易位系提供了广泛的基础。本研究结果与其形态学、细胞学的研究结果一致。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the study of difference and similarity andrelationship between backcrossing F1., F2 from cultivated barley cv. Arupo/R.ciliaris/cultivated barley c,. Arupo, with their parents by means of polyamicegel electrophoresis isozyme in young roots, young spikes and young seeds. Theresults showed that the zymogram patterns of all backcrossing F1 plants and F2lines were similar to tlose of cultivated barley pareut cv . Arupo, but somevariation were occurred, they have some isozyme bands which come from R. ciliaris,or mew hybrid isozyme isozyme bands which their two parents do not have respectively.The results indicate that the genetic mater ials come from R. ciliaris, weresteadyinherited, it proved a wide basic for transfer further of non-komologous genes,and separation of translocation lines with the fine characters from R. ciliaeisgenetic materials had taken place between two patents, which suports the resultsof cytological and morphological studies on the backcrossing F1 and F2. Theefficiency of esterase isozymes of young spikes of barley and its progenies inthe best in this study, so it caa be used in the study for barley outcrossinghybid
