【Abstract】 Prolification study on snails,mainly Bellamya purificata were conducted in three parts of rivers in Shanghai Suburbs.Under the condition of ban catching,better results were obtained either from natural reproduction or from artificial prolification of the snails,and their quantities were increased 1.42times and 2.07 times respectively.Prolification was closely related to environmental factors of habitats.Besides,it is quite necessary to strengthen the management of snail resources along with the prolification work.更多还原
