温度对针叶小爪螨的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了不同温度对针叶小爪螨Oligonychusununguis(Jacobi)的卵和幼螨至成螨的影响。结果表明:滞育卵在0℃、5℃、10℃(RH60%~70%)条件下,分别经120、100、100d可解除滞育,其孵化率一般在40%~60%之间,自然解除滞育的孵化的率达80%左右,25℃为该螨的适温。成螨寿命随温度增高而缩短。在22~27.5℃的范围内,平均单雌产卵量为40~45粒。越冬卵和夏卵的发育起点(C)分别为5.3℃和11.3℃,有效积温(K)分别为271.0日度和87.7日度。幼螨至成螨的C为8.8℃,K为98.2日度。根据有效积温预测该螨在山东泰字地区一年可完成11代左右

【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the effect of different temperatures on Oligonychus ununguis (Jacobi).The egg’s diapause is broken after treatment at 0℃ for 120 days or at 5℃ or 10℃ for 100 days(RH60%-70%).The hatching rate of eggs of broke diapause by low temperature treatment is 40%-60%,and the rate of broke diapause by nature is about 80%.The most suitable temperature for this mite is 25℃ ,The life span of adults is negatively correlated with temperature .The average egg number per female is 40-45 under 22-27.5℃.The temperature for hibernating eggs is 5.3℃ ,and for aestival eggs is 11.3℃.The effective accumulated temperature for them is 271.0 degree-days and 87.7 degree-days respectively The temperature zero from larva to adult is 8.8℃ ,the effective accumulated temperature is 97.2 degree-days. Oligonychus ununguis (Jacobi)has about 11 generations one year in Taian area according to errective accumulated temperature law.
