【摘要】 取１６～２８周２４例布依族人胎副睾及输精管，ＨＥ、ＰＡＳ染色。示１６周副睾上皮呈假复层柱状，胞质含较多粗大ＰＡＳ阳性颗位，游离面有纤毛，上皮基膜呈ＰＡＳ阳性反应。随着胎龄增加，管腔增大，上皮变高。２８周副睾管腔平整，上皮外有环行平滑肌。睾丸输出管呈明显不规则形。１６周时输精管上皮呈单层柱状，肌层不明显，１９周上皮已呈假复层柱状，未见纤毛，随着胎龄增加纤毛出现，环行肌层次增加后纵行肌出现，上皮基膜、纤毛呈ＰＡＳ阳性反应；为研究人胎生长发育，提供形态学基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 This artical studies epididymides and deferent ducts of 24 Buyi fetuses from 15 to 38 week.The epididymides and deferent ducts were stained with HE and McManus PAS method for glycogen.In 16 week embryo, the epididymal epithelium were pseudostratified columnar and contained a large amoumt of glycogen granules.The basement membrane of epithelia and cilia in free surface appeared PAS positive reaction.There was a positive relationship between embryo age,width of epididymal tube and thickness of epithelium,In 28 week embryo,the lumen of the ductuli efferent appeared to be quite irregular,but that of the ductus epididymidis was smooth and there was circular smooth muscles in outside of epithelium.In the 15 week embryo,the epithelia of deferent ducts seemed simple columnar and muscle layer was not clear.In the 19 week embryo,the epithelium of deferent ducts were like pseudostratified columnar,cilia began to appear and longitudinal muscles appeared after circular muscle layer.In addition, PAS reaction was positive for glycogen in cilia and basement membrane of epithelia.Therefore,this paper provides morphological basis for study on growth and development of the Buyi fetuses.更多还原
