排粉机风箱爆破原因及防爆措施
Blasting Reason and Explosion Prevention Measures of Air Box of Pulverized Coal Exhauster
【摘要】 双鸭山发电厂HG－670／140－11锅炉，因防爆门安装尺寸不符合设计要求，防爆门导出管内积煤粉，防爆门总面积偏小和膜板太厚，导致防爆门不起作用引起爆破，造成建筑物和一些附属设备损坏。按原设计恢复防爆门，膜板更换为簿型，改变排粉风箱的焊接方式，并对风箱加固筋作合理布置和焊接．改造后，经历了制粉系统几次爆破，排粉机风箱无任何破坏，证明采取的措施可行．
