直流二次风率对径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器空气动力特性的影响
The Influence of the Non-swirl Secondary Air Ratio on the Aerodynamic Characteristics of the Radial Bias Combustion Swirl Pulverized Coal Burner
【摘要】 本文阐述了径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器的基本原理,通过在一台410t/h的锅炉上的冷态、热态实验,研究了直流二次风率对燃烧器空气动力特性的影响,得出了直流二次风率与射流的扩展角、中心回流区直径及长度、一、二次风混合的关系,以及对燃烧器高效、稳燃、低污染、防结渣及防高温腐蚀性能的影响.
【Abstract】 n this paper, the concept of the radial bias combustion (RBC)swirl pulverized coal burner is introduced, and during the boiler outage and in service, the experiments have been done in a 410t/h coal fired boiler, which shows the effects of the non-swirl secondary air ratio on the burner’s aerodynamic characteristics. We get the relation between the non-swirl secondary air ratio and the flow parameters, such as the flow divergent angle, the length and diameter of the internal recirculation zone and the mixing characteristics, and the influence on the burner advantages of high combustion efficiency, flame stability, low NOx emission and resistance to slagging, high temperature Corrosion.
