直喷式柴油机气缸内喷雾贯穿及分布的研究

【摘要】 本文建立了燃油喷射过程及气缸内喷雾特性的统一计算模型。考虑了燃油喷射、气缸内空气运动和燃烧室结构对喷雾贯穿及分布的影响。用特征线法求解高压油管内的燃油压力和速度方程,用稳态射流理论建立喷雾特性模型。用高速摄影方法对气缸内喷雾贯穿及分布进行了验证。

【Abstract】 Unified model is established for calculating fuel injection process and incylinder spray charac teristics.Influence of fuel injection process,incylinder air motion and combustion chamber struc ture on fuel spray penetration and distribution is taken into account in the model.Characteristic theory is used to solve fuel pressure and velocity equation in the fuel line. Stable-state turbulencejet theory is applied to set up spray characteristics model.Fuel spray penetration and distribution studied with high speed photography is also discussed.
