【Abstract】 The author studies a method of calculating design flood and flood control capacity of a reservior according to the characteristics of residual flood volume. This new method with the combination of both graphic and numeric calculation is different from the traditional method with pure graphic calculation through P-Ⅲ curve. This new method decreases the random of the traditional one in calculating the design flood.更多还原
